I don’t like explaining my photographic images or why I made a particular selection for a series. For me, the images speak for themselves, and to burden them with a blubbering of words seems redundant. I titled this series of images ‘PhotoPoche’ because I’m delving through my large archival body of work in the hopes that I can see a book emerging… AND all these images were shot with FILM before digital cameras. Je n'aime pas expliquer mes images photographiques ni pourquoi j'ai fait une sélection particulière pour une série. Pour moi, les images parlent d'elles-mêmes, et les encombrer d'un bavardage de mots semble redondant. J’ai intitulé cette série d’images ‘PhotoPoche’ parce que je fouille dans mon vaste travail d’archives dans l’espoir de voir un livre émerger… ET toutes ces images ont été prises avec FILM avant les appareils photo numériques.
