MM3 - Dreamsters
I once again collaborated with Puuro on some nITG stuff, this time for Modster Mash 3. Here are the things I did.
I designed Puuro’s character, Karhis.

I made these 3D models in Blender. Second hand animation went unused in the end due to time restrictions. Clips were rendered in Unity.
Some shaders
This one makes several cool patterns. Unfortunately it’s tied to song beats so making a Shadertoy version of it would be a bit of a hassle.
A shader which distorts the playfield(s) [LINK: View in Shadertoy]
Also made a shader which calculates lighting for Karhis’ head and hands. Though I think it wasn’t used in the hands due to some problems. It also adds the plasma effect to the head.
This shader reacts to music. I made a program which exports required audio data in to an lua table. Each entry in the table is beat (eg. 19.375) and range of frequencies and their amplitudes (0.0 - 1.0) for the beat. I will release the program sometime in the future, after it’s been tested a bit more. You can also view this shader and its slightly modified code in Shadertoy. [LINK: View in Shadertoy]

Not in the Dreamsters file, but I also did this model based on Laer’s sketch. It was used right before the final stage.
I am just dying over this whimsical shoot from Design Love Fest. Whether you are adding a mask to for Halloween or just to snazz up your day wear, it’s always a lot of fun. Plus, that Lauren Moffatt coat? It’s like sunshine on a rainy day!
