out of everything that has happened in this fandom, probably the most unnecessary thing was when some trolls spread the rumor of modulo confirming that shoko had married ijichi at some point and everyone just lost their fucking minds and cursed gege & the manga out instead of, you know, fact checking a story that had about 12 chapters at that point but unfortunately jjk fans would rather kill themselves than read their own source material 💀

honestly based on everything I know about gege as an author, it wouldn’t surprise me at all if modulo’s usami and the usami from the original series had no familial ties whatsoever and gege only named the former like that bc he forgot he already used that name on a different character 💀

So they also have public executions? In my understanding, the "secret" execution was secret because the wider Japanese public would never know of it, and so all executions by the Jujutsu Society would be secret at all times. So then the real distinction here is supposed to be the secrecy against the wider sorcerer society.

So can you go to a public executions and look how they kill a curse user? Which you wouldn't have been able to do with Yuta and Yuji.

JJ Society can itself use sealing as a way to deal with sorcerers? They probably have an upper limit on how strong the sorcerer can be before they can't use sealing on them anymore

What's the difference between imprisonment and disciplinary confinement? Duration I'd guess. Maybe even corporal punishment

Retired sorcerers are forbidden from using jujutsu except when an imminent threat is afoot? That sounds... bad in a few ways I can't explain right now

This is obviously from before Shibuya, but let's go into the future really quick. Punishment, 5, i: ban on using your CT. Yuka is forbidden from fully utilising her 10ST for unexplained reasons. She needs permission first which is another bad regulation from JJS on par with the Retirement rule.
