But I guess everyone is broke on every platform XD afaik all donations so far are from a small group chat of a friend's inner-ish circle and another old friend who's always been very supportive. I'm not that well known, so people have little reason to trust me. And of course, saying "all the witnesses are lying" is also something I can't expect strangers to just believe and put their money on. And so on and so on... long story short, I'm not established enough (and had a few too many dramatic "my life is over" moments, though in my defense, they all seemed real to me at the time) for a lot of people to trust me.

There's also the political business that'll probably have lots of people gloating. I'm a leftist in a leftist space, except apparently being Israeli neutralizes the leftism. It's not "ACAB" when the bastards are clubbing a zio, y'know?

All I can hope for now is to convince the court at the in-person trial that I'm not the rabid Nazi monster the witnesses painted me to be. I demanded this trial in my appeal to the mail ruling because I'm not going to prison without making the man face me who condemned me on everyone else's word.

But yes, I absolutely am ashamed of the things I did say. They're just all anti-German, and that's not something you put people away for these days, and the plaintiff wanted blood, so he twisted shit beyond recognition. I do wonder what happened to my counter-report against him. He maliciously stalled the police call so I'd miss my last train home while I was standing in the cold with a torn muscle, he lied about what I said, he got lower-ranking colleagues to corroborate his BS, he gave me a bad itinerary to turn my 2-3 hour trip into 7... (and while this wasn't his intention, I had no idea that my bus for the last lap only stops at half the stops after 10 pm, so when the guy ran through my stop and kept driving at a high speed through the night with me as the only passenger and ignored whenever I tried to address him, I thought I was being kidnapped because of "his and my respective visible identity" while my mother was chasing us in her car with me crying on the phone with 5% battery, so call me crazy but I think I was sufficiently punished).

like... I got my instant karma that same evening, the fuck do I have to spend 90 days in prison or 900 Euros in fines for to boot??

But anyway, I never made anything up, and while I don't want to share the whole penalty order/ruling, here's the intro.

So I just got a letter from the court denying me a public defender because according to them, the legal consequences of me losing the case aren't egregious enough to warrant one. Except my life will be forever destroyed by the trauma if I have to suffer through 90 days in jail after I already have severe captivity PTSD from 3 days in an Istanbul jail and 19 days at a Belgian psych ward. I will also lose my mum and my pets because guess who's taking care of all of them HAHA ME. Of course my art business is also going to die from 3 months of 0 updates or events. So my whole life is over if I'm convicted. It's already stressing me out.

But hey, none of that warrants giving me a fucking lawyer. I'm broke and unemployed, so I guess fair trials are for rich people only. And yeah totally proportionate punishment for hurting a man's feelings. Did I mention he worked for German Railways and part of his revenge was giving me an incorrect itinerary as one part of his revenge that sent me on a 7 hour criss-cross trip for a 130 km journey?

Oh quick reminder, I'm being sued for insults I didn't utter. I called a non-Jewish white German man a Jew hater, and he got so mad he claimed I called him a Jew PIG instead, and his "witnesses" are lower-ranking colleagues who are obviously gonna say whatever he tells them to.

The court date is August 27 of this year. Lucky date because my first puppy and my first cat both died on that day in consecutive years. Yeah I'm fucked.

Now that I have your attention, I'm facing 3 months prison (or a fine I can't afford either) for something I didn't say, except the witnesses are cops (who arrived on the scene AFTER the verbal altercation I allegedly said those things in), and they twisted my words (in short: Germany wasn't punished enough for the Holocaust) into "anti-Semitic & racist hate speech", because apparently, cussing out a white, non-Jewish German man and Germany as a whole is the perfect opportunity to shit on Jews and immigrants (both of which I happen to be)..? It's as if they caught the WW2/Holocaust references and cherry-picked what side of that to put me on. I was on the Jews/Allied Forces' side, btw.

And while I'm not proud of my actual words either because 2026 Germany isn't all that bad, I was convicted for things I didn't say and never would. I'm not racking up 3 months of trauma and existential ruin for stuff I didn't say, I'd rather they literally shoot me for what I did say. And I have a very visible star of David tattoo. German prison would throw me to a mix of equal parts Neo-Nazis and Hamas Habibtis, so I was basically sentenced to death over some leftist roid rage.

I need to appeal, but since I wasn't appointed the lawyer I asked for, I need to hire one out of pocket, which I can't afford. So if anyone has a bit to spare, I'd really appreciate it! GFM here.

Thanks :) It's seriously so fucked because YES they're all lying, but if I were a judge or prosecutor and this defendent, with no witnesses or lawyer to back them up, were to tell me "well they're all ganging up on me and they're all lying", I'd say "Suuuuuuuuuure they are"...

So yeah I do hope to raise lawyer funds, but right now realistically I'm either fucked or the whole thing gets drawn out to the point the prosecution decides to drop it for lack of merit...
