favourite childhood memory: 

Sitting on my dad's shoulders when I was three or four, seeing my first elephant. Or maybe getting my first comic book (which I still have, aw yeah.)

favourite band: 

Sigur Ros. I listen more to movie soundtracks, so that'd be Hans Zimmer at the top of the list.

ever been to a concert? who was it? 

The last concert I went to was SIGUR ROS and it was incredible.

sexuality? 

I'm in a heterosexual relationship, but I've been attracted to women, men, transgendered of both, uhhh..so whatever that is, I guess? I don't know, it's fluid.

favourite food: 

Fondue.

who is your best friend/friends? 

My best friends are honeyroastedferrets, internally-inconsistent and MAQUILA.

cats or dogs? 

I didn't choose the dog life, the dog life chose me.

favourite memory: 

Seeing my daughter for the first time after she was born.

biggest fear: 

Burying my daughter.

any crushes? 

I have crushes on celebrities but I'm realistic in the idea that they'll never lift the restraining orders. 

would you rather delete tumblr and never go on ever again or not listen to music for a year? 

There's music on tumblr. Problem solved.

I was tagged by the lovely Mogeiko to answer the following; I know I'm supposed to tag 11 more people and make up 11 questions, but honestly I worked 2 overnight 12 hour shifts this weekend that were brutal and I'm rapidly approaching finals. So I'm skimping on that part. Sorry!

1. You are given a chance to relocate abroad with all expenses paid. What country do you chose for your new home and why?

I would go to England, because I have always wanted to go there. I wouldn't have to learn a new language and I'd like to see what nursing is like there.

2. What are three things that you are too scared to try?

Bungee Jumping, Skydiving, Roller Coasters. I don't like the sensation of feeling out of control.

3. You have the opportunity to write a book and have it published. What would you write about?

I would publish one of my manuscripts; I have more than one unpublished fantasy novel.

4. What’s your favourite way to relax after a tough day?

Taking a bath and reading a book in the bathtub. With/without wine, sometimes.

5. Of all the toys and possessions you had as a kid, are there any you’ve kept? What are they?

I kept both of my stuffed Fraggles (Red and Gobo) along with most of my teddy bears. My daughter has my first teddy bear and her dad's first as well.

6. If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?

I would be an elephant because they're extremely intelligent, caring, emotional creatures. They're beautiful and perfect in every way.

7. You’ve won $5,000,000 in the lottery. How do you spend it?

I would pay off my house and my debt, and put the rest in a trust fund with stock options and such for my daughter.

8. What is your biggest accomplishment so far in life?

Becoming a nurse, and being recognized as a good one.

9. You are a noble lord who needs to eliminate a rival. Do you (a) hire someone to kill them, (b) defeat them yourself in one-on-one combat, or (c) poison them and blame it on someone else? Why?

I would defeat them myself in single combat. That way I eliminate my rival, and nobody gets any ideas about avenging him because I'm a badass that is not to be trifled with.

10. You can take ONE item from any store without having to pay for it. What would you chose?

I would take a netbook or tablet pc. I could really use one for school with a long battery life.

11. If you could place yourself in any fictional world which would it be and why?

One ticket to Westeros, please! Probably because I love the setting and culture just as much as I love the story.

LOL. Brings to mind the day I turned 19 and was able to (legally) buy… they didn’t ID me! Fuckers! I might have gotten away with it sooner. Now I rarely get ID’d and I’m 30 :/

Tonight I bought some Malibu and I literally forced the clerk to card me. "Are you sure you're not going to card me? I REALLY THINK YOU SHOULD CARD ME RIGHT NOW BRO. JUST SAYING." He probably thought I worked for the liquor board.
