I've been struggling with Araon for quite a bit even though he was my very first (twili) Zelda OC online. Later he became a full original content character and I intend to work on his story more when I get the time. Mohannor needs a bit of development for sure.

The redesigns I had attempted were no satisfying at all (even that last portrait I made back in 2018), it felt like it never was accurate... but suddenly inspiration kicked in. Then meet Araon's new official design! For my most recent watchers, Araon is a prince of Mohannor (land of the Dark Mages), who was forced to exile when his big brother murdered their father and stole the throne.

After his relooking, Alzewyr needed some action. X'D Here's a scene where the Great Lord of Mohannor fights for his realm and his people.

Yes he goes to fight with his bare chest and he's wounded here. X'D Unrealistic armor or fanservice? Maybe both? Not worse than barbarian fantasy I'd say... *cough cough* More seriously, dark mages rely more on magical barrier and such, rather than physical armor in itself. Most of the metalic parts are enchanted anyway.It's pretty efficient usually, but something must have gone wrong here...
