Chris’s message at the end of re9 is literally just an hour of Chris yelling at Leon about going on this mission ALONE when he’s DYING and not fucking telling anyone either of those facts. Sherry gets a lecture too.

Father-daughter duo who absolutely neglected to tell EVERYONE they’re both dying so they go out to find the cure themselves.

Chris is having an aneurism, Claire is angrily loading a rocket launcher, the Burtons won’t stop calling, Jill isn’t much better, Rebecca is already planning on monitoring their condition regardless of if they’re cured or not, Helena is in the office and looming over Sherrys desk like a gargoyle.

Claire not being able to ‘see’ does mean Moira has to speedrun overcoming her fear of guns just a little bit. That, and Claire needs guidance while she adapts to how her new senses work!

Things that make sound are sort of highlighted in bright white for Claire, and the resulting waves bouncing off of things give her an idea of what the world looks like. The downside is that explosions (and gunfire at first) basically flashbang her with noise. She eventually adapts to guns, but explosions remain an obstacle.
