Mhmm, IH is so one-sided that even if I liked it, it isnt feasible in my mind.
I understand completely why people like it. I just don't understand how some people can say they are 10,000% sure that it's going to be endgame. That's when I have to give them the side-eye and wonder if there was an IH chapter that I missed, because from what I have read, it's barely a possibility.

Which is kind of the problem I have with Ichihime. I feel like IH!Ichigo is fabricated, because Ichigo canonically has shown Orihime zero interest
If that happens to change for some reason (Ori's confession has to be addressed at some point, whether internally on her part or an actual face-to-face with Ichigo), then I guess it's fair. But as of right now, I feel like IH!Ichigo isn't really canon!Ichigo
