Stone’s Mojay IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. A collaboration with Corey Magers & Elizabeth Bakas & Burgeon Beer Co. A great, really bright, IPA. Lots of citrus and fruit up front with an aggressive bitterness right behind it. Fades a bit into a slightly thicker, juicy, and slightly sweet body. Definitely combines both elements you’d expect, and does so in a great package.
