New character just dropped: Molly!! Huge thanks goes to the wonderful @asterberry for motivating me to actually draw her- first time I've worked with hatching/crosshatching as well, definitely something I'll practice

"Molly was one of Max’s closest friends at the shop, Jim being the only exception. She stood about six inches shorter than him when she wasn’t wearing her platform boots, which was very rare. Her shoulder length red hair was almost always tied up in a bun during work and brown eyes that could stare right into your soul, which more often than not left Max without a clue of what she was thinking. She had enough snark and wit to rival his own and was always a fun person to be around, no one was surprised they got along so well.
