I made this because I was looking at the Edgala Facebook page ( it's real, CHECK IT OUT!) and I saw this, and knew I had to draw it!

Indulging in my IDV OC because I can. Rehashed her like 20 times. Primarily inspired wendigo > vampire, playing on how the Native American creature symbolises selfishness, greed- exactly who she is in a quest to find a medical cure to her congenital condition. No happy ending for homegirl unfortunately as she stuck herself in a self-fulfilling loop. pretty much every idv character ever .

Im taking the plaque for first ever The Maid (Nita Prose) fan art. Next time someone is crying Id say that. Book is controversial at best with valid points, but personally I liked it, its one of the few books that make me anticipate the next page after the next, although the ending kinda killed it for me.

A shitty attempt at a self-portrait

I can't tell if the artwork is just bad or if my face really is this goofy. Probably a mixture of both XD This is after the swelling went down in my snoot from the recent surgery and it’s definitely giving bad nose job 🤥 I have a few noticeable facial scars that I tried to add, but I couldn’t figure out how to draw them. It looked stupid so I just left them out lol.

Anyway, I'm a little more interested in art than writing at the moment and I would love some criticism on this. Feel free to bash it, I don't care. I'm not a visual artist (clearly), but if you have any tips on how I can improve (techniques, shading, etc.) or what programs I should try, I'd really appreciate it :D I'm very limited in my abilities.

Right now, I'm using SketchBook for mac. It's a free app and I like it, but... It's kind of clunky. I know I need to get a drawing tablet, but I'm unsure of what to get. I'm just using my trackpad at the moment, which I know is stupid, but it's all I have :')

I'm practicing because I'd like to know how to draw Alcina and the RE8 women better. I want to be able to capture their beauty T^T
