what are the posts about some kid going to jail for blogging??

tumblr user irenigg made a joke post that he was going to shoot up his university and someone else saw it on the school computer and reported it and he's facing up to 20 yrs even tho he wasnt serious and there was no sign of any plans or weapons in his residence and he didn't do anything at all
