Toodles actually loves gambling and statistics.
She taught herself a few different ways to shuffle cards, she has a small dice collection, she likes doing math problems about statistics. She knows the chances of landing each number on every single die she owns. Rodger tried to curve it early on but he gave up and just lets toodles be the gambler she was born to be.
In the show, she even talked about (a very simplified form of) chances! The episode in the show with it had scraps, goob, and toodles playing a game of Not Uno and scraps accused toodles of cheating, which then leads toodles to explaining how she couldn't have possibly cheated because of how chances and statistics works blah blah blah. (It is then revealed at the end of the episode that she did cheat by just. Drawing over the cards.)
