I haven’t listened to the newest album Skeleta yet. If you have ( not assuming ) which is your favorite new song/ the one I should check out first? (If not, a favorite song from the discography will do)

oh yeah haha it drove my friends crazy actually bc i wouldnt listen to it until my tape came. I've definitely listened now!

Hmmm I think my favorite is Excelsis. I don't know if I'd recommend that as the first to check out, though. It's one of the really gentle songs they have and it's just. Something I nees to hear. You know?

In terms of recommendation, I'd say Peacefield, or maybe Umbra. The former is the opening track and shows you the vibe is gonna be way different from Impera. The latter just fucks severely and has good cowbell.

I’ve been remembering there was a Flapjack episode about the ‘Candy Touch’, which is like the Midas touch but with candy. Knuckles gets it somehow, either on his own hands or one he attaches to his wooden ones, ultimately losing it by the end of the ep. There’s a gag with Candy Wife, by I believe turning her real briefly (or not, unsure, it may only happen off screen and implied), that seems to imply she may have been a result of the Candy Touch this whole time, and perhaps Candy Island was as well. But apparently this doesn’t exist and I’m either dreaming it up or experiencing the Mandela Effect. Anyway, I thought instead this would be an awesome adventure for grown up Flapjack to have, so here’s that idea.

This is actually a really cool idea! I'd love to do something with this in the future perhaps hehe
