Cyrus Belview began in Ravenloft i6 simply as the vampire's mad butler, and in 2016 became the paternal head of the Moreau-esque mongrelfolk, all transformed by the mad Abbot of St. Markovia. I like the 5e version of Cyrus, but I felt he could be more expressive and his character design made more exaggerated. This is my attempt to remedy that. Hope you like it.

Also, in Curse of Strahd: Reloaded Cyrus can task the characters with recovering his beloved cauldron-stirring spoon, so I made sure to include it here.

The Mongrelman stares out across the open water. He is a King in complete control of his emotions and he is a mirror to the rest of the world. They see all of the darkest parts of themselves when they gaze upon him. He reflects. They react in fear. He suffers their wrath. And so the Mongrelman chooses to isolate himself on his own private island in the middle of the ocean. He lives among the cacti and succulents that would never dare to harm him. He wears a crown of flowers and he is happy. There is a deep and hidden kinship in all living things.

"Isolation comes from ‘insula’ which means island."   You are deep in your emotions. Not lost. Found in fact. Balanced. You can be a real diplomatic source to your friends. Be careful though. Your saturation has the potential for you to be too much for some people to take in.

(WIP) Pathfinder, Mongrelfolk Ranger, Meiva. My Partner ranger in our current Pathfinder campaign “Wrath of the Righteous.” They are only with us for one mission but we all got to name them and give them some character, so I leaped at the opportunity to draw mine. (I may be drawing her a little too pretty for a Mongrelfolk, but if Iann can look that good then why can’t my Meiva?
