(Here are mine) 1. I will promote GRACE (undeserved love) and forgiveness. 2. I will spend more time in prayer, sending healing energy and light to the hurt people who have hurt me. 3. I will control myself/bite my tongue when an opportunity to bond over mutual dislike or disgust of someone arises. 4. I can be the ‘bigger person’ example by healing and making sure I treat this person who hurt me in the way they should have treated me in the first place. 5. I can stop sending negativity to this person who hurt me etherically by dismantling circling thoughts of pain and disgust.
