R.E.X, the monitor queen for “New Story’ and relating books
The creature I spent a full month procrastinating
Another wip/sneak peak! Same project, this shading took like 2 hours so far but I’m gonna try and finish this today :)
Still thinking up color pallets, it’s gonna be natural but I can’t decide between a green, blue, or red/orange-ish hue.
Commissions and art trades are open as well!! (Might be picky about trades) my commission sheet is a bit outdated so feel free to haggle.

They’re names R.E.X. (Roadus, Ethan, and Xarlow) theyre the spirit of an ex-triplet who’d absorbed both siblings in the womb, Roadus first hence the lack of features and Xarlow later on hence the 50/50 control. They act and think as one entity with multiple personalities, only one can speak at a time because of this though they have full control of bodily movements in any mode.
REX is one of the secondary characters in the story I’m working on called “New Story.” (there is a reasoning for this aside the obvious laziness if anybody wants me to explain in the comments) REX is the 9th year Monitor Queen who later takes on role as the Deer Queens temporary replacement when she is killed at a council meeting by the Caecilians queen in chapter 7. Also they may condone mild cannibalism but that’s a story for another day
