Dev Patel as Kid
MONKEY MAN
The Kid has had enough
Just watched Monkey Man (finally). I would just like to say that I REALLY appreciate that Dev Patel knows we wanna see him bloody and sweaty and panting and spitting and killing and killing and killing. This was the best movie I've ever seen.

Give me more media where the characters are known by their titles, not their names.
The Kid? Get that shit directly in my veins.
Monkey Man is a great movie because at first you're like ok this is an underdog hero action film, and then it becomes a film about living in an ashram with trans folks who give you psychedelics, cheer when Dev Patel takes his shirt off then kick some ass.
Monkey Man (2024)
This is your bi-annual reminder to go watch (or rewatch) Monkey Man; a perfect film which answers the question, "How many fascists can Dev Patel kill in the name of trans rights?"
