Natural and Pretense. For any of em

Natural: Sissel once tried to alter her diet to only include all-natural, non-processed foods, for no reason other than seeing if she could. She decided to try it for exactly two weeks with no further changes to exercise routine or anything else. At exactly 12:01 on day 15, she opened a jumbo bag of chips and virtually inhaled them.

Pretense: When in his subjug disguise, Yeddes alters his movements to be jerky and uncoordinated, so no one will trace it back to him. He's gotten quite good at looking sloppy but being in control of himself. He was thinking of developing a fighting style based around "graceless grace," but he gave up when he realized that 1) he had no patience for it and 2) he wouldn't get any credit for it.

Slippers

Sissel is an incredibly light sleeper, and so is her lusus. To keep from waking her lusus up in the middle of the night, Sissel wears a pair of soft-bottomed slippers. Her lusus, however, does not take the same consideration. Her hooves make quite the racket against the floor and always wake Sissel right in the middle of peaceful sleep.

Sometimes you just gotta get out of your hive.

Yeddes hadn't gone out for two days straight. He'd discovered an old dance film he hadn't seen before, and the inspiration had made him want to do nothing but practice his own moves. So, for two days straight, he'd danced around his roomy hive, blaring music and singing to himself. But sometimes you just gotta get out.

He'd made his way to land, found a flat spot to practice on, and began going over routines. In no time he was so engrossed, he didn't notice the presence of another troll.
