Here's a video of the guys using the mono safety straps, Monolift, and bands to do a modified pin press. The nice part about using the mono safety straps and the Monolift is that we could adjust the night of the safety straps to exactly the right height for each lifter. #spudinc #SpudInc #monosafetystraps #monolift #benchpress #pinpress #scbarbell #powerlifting

So we found another use for our mono straps besides saving you from a failed squat. This was a great way to hit the lockout nice and hard and work on building some lockout strength. #spudinc #SpudInc #monosafetystraps #powerlifting
