That brings "Monrose covered in Korea" count to 4, adding on to "Scream", "Just Like That" and of course the massive "Hot Summer". I find the idea of Lee Hyori listening to Ladylike absolutely crazy in the best way possible. Add this to my list of "G-Popstars x 2nd K-pop" crossovers!

You know what really amuses me about 2nd Gen KPop? How they covered German (!) artists and the Korean version is always more successful 🤣😂.

TVXQ! famously covered Sarah Connor's "Under My Skin" (that would be MIROTIC)

f(x) covered Monrose ...and "Hot Summer" became a huge hit

And yes even SHINee did it too but their song did not become a hit...they chose Cinema Bizarre and their "Forever or Never"
