Who got the Power? I got the Power!
Something is fishy...
Uh oh!! Funny guy is having a goofy time!
AAANNNNND he's back to normal!
"Hula Hoopla"
I guess that the "snap" comes at the 14 second mark?
If nothing of that sort is there in the tossing of gurgling and muzak, maybe they are going for realism in underwater non-sounds.

Two playlists I think I'm gonna have to start making soon:
One that's dedicated to the much-sampled bells off of Bob James' 1975 cover of Paul Simon's "Take Me to the Mardi Gras," whose most famous use is probably in Snap!'s "The Power" (although Snap! were actually sampling Mantronix's "King of the Beats," which itself was sampling "Take Me to the Mardi Gras"):
And the Korg M1 Organ preset 02, or in layman's terms, the early-to-mid-90s fuzzy dance organ sound, which coursed through a bunch of voguing house tunes, like Crystal Waters' "Gypsy Woman ((She's Homeless) (La da dee la da da))" and found its way into plenty of fashion show catwalk soundtracks:
Two of my fav sounds of the 80s and 90s by far, so I should probably start documenting them, right?
