From the #MonsoonMenu at @antares_goa , this BBQ Chicken made for my favourites. Succulent yet crispy pieces of boneless chicken tossed in barbecue sauce on a bed of corn purée and I have to say that the corn purée changed the game pretty much, it brought so much more flavour and texture to the bbq chicken.
