(Finished)
“FANGIN AND BANGIN”
Finished the diablarist ape sculpt, had a great time working on it. I drifted a bit far from the reference because I didn’t have enough clay to make the huge face flaps from the reference but I hope I did a good enough job to capture what I loved about saltyjubs design in a practical mask sculpt.
While I do love the sculpt I dont exactly have the cash or skills to cast it into a proper mask but I was making it for fun and to practice making masks anyway so that isn’t a problem. (ps yes I keep a sword by my sculpts so I can quickly kill them if they come to life don’t judge me) If anyone has any advice or criticism I’d love to hear it because the main reason I’m doing these sculpts is to improve.
Randall clay sculpt I did like a month ago out of Monster clay gray medium. Isn’t horrible but I could say maybe I could get better. Let me say those hands and feet and eyes were the hardest thing I’ve ever done lol
Sculpting the ringmaster/man in the purple suit with monster clay based off of my own design for him, what we’ve seen in trailers, and FV0rt3x’s model as reference. He looks a little too human rn but I’m mainly just blocking in the face before I move onto other details
I was gonna say he looks divorced but he has the dummy, so I guess it’s more than he wishes he was divorced
predator sculpture in monster clay. this was a lot of fun!!
moray eel with paws for my teacher example for monster clay camp! Wax based modeling clay and mica powder
Made a Rime figurine with Monster Clay some time ago Ngl the pose is kinda random but it had to be either a dancing, martial art or body builder pose so I went with what I got lmao
Anyway I'm back from the dead (ngl I had holydays and did not draw at all, took time for myself)
