Name: Jesse Hoitler
Occupation: aspiring youtuber, full time cryptid hunter,part time bartender
Monster type: the most horrifying of all, human
Arch Nemesis: dead camera batteries, out of focus creatures, creature reveals just off screen
Backstory: Jesse grew up on a farm out in Illinois, always having a fascination for the creepy and mysterious things he believed to lurk in the forest. When he went to the city for college, there were sighting of Mothman in Chicago and thus he was out during the night with camcorder in hand, hunting down sightings of the cryptid. This ignited a fire within him and he began to travel in search of new creatures and worked at a bar when he was back in his home state. Now though, he was in the prime of his vacation time, visiting a town that had multiple cryptid sightings, searching for the truth. Reasons for coming to the hotel: Jesse has heard about the monsters from the town folk while visiting, is going on small escapades to the forest in search of these creatures he longs to find.
