Hi! I just played Monster Distribution System, and it was incredible! I also was curious about Uriel after playing the demo. If Soren is secretly Uriel (unless I misunderstood), is there a reason that he's speaking with a heavy accent? Is it to throw Dreamie off of his path, or because he thinks it makes him look cool? (which, honestly, would be so funny). I was wondering about it since his replies, from what I've seen on tumblr are pretty conventionally English responses with French nicknames sprinkled in. I hope you're having lots of fun working on the game, be careful to take healthy breaks when you need them 🫶
1. For that first question, I wouldn’t wanna spoil it for anyone that’s new to the blog. So I’ll leave it at no comment XD. Though you’re welcome to find the answer searching through the master-list here for confirmation!
2. Soren’s heavy French accent comes from years of him practicing on how to speak it fluently. As he had to learn some Earthling dialects before entering the Earthdom realm. So it’s purely out of his own self interest to learn French rather than trying to make himself look cool. And it’s grown on him to a varying degree.
