Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup of butter, softened. 1/2 cup of milk. 3 eggs. 1 cup of chocolate frosting. 1 package of candy eyeballs. Assorted colored candy melts purple, green, and black. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions. Allow the cake to cool completely and crumble it into a large bowl. Add softened butter, milk, and chocolate frosting to the crumbled cake. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into small cake balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Melt the colored candy melts in separate bowls according to the package instructions. Dip the lollipop sticks into the melted candy melts and insert them into the cake balls. Dip each cake pop into the melted candy melts, coating it evenly. Allow excess to drip off. Attach candy eyeballs to the cake pops while the coating is still wet to create monster faces. Place the cake pops back on the parchment-lined tray to set. Repeat the process with different colored candy melts to create a variety of monster characters.
