A quick look at my #monoprice #3Dprinter. Last night I wanted to print up a small turn table to use for my figures but found that the one offered was slightly larger than my print bed. So I went and modified them so that they can be printed on my little printer. XD I even printed up a small dovetail gauge to see which dimensions work best for printing. In case any of you were wondering, these are all the failed attempts of my #custom #rachnera #nendoroid #abdomen. So I was off by 7 last time I mentioned finally getting it right. Lol but yea. A whole lot of work was put into that damn part. >_> and for those of you wondering about the ones missing the skull. I planned on printing them separate so I can smooth the surface easier. But that didn't work. So I printed at .03mm layer heights. After a whole day of sanding I finally got the bottom of my #custom #rachnera #nendoroid abdomen attached and sanded down on the main part. Gonna prime it and then begin figuring out how the mold will look like. #monstermusume #monstermusumerachnera #monstermusumenoirunichijou #spider #3dprint
Just finished making the #mold layout for my #custom #rachnera #nendoroid and I didn't realize that I've been working on just this for an hour. ;A; sooo tomorrow is when I'm going to pour the actual mold and hopefully pour a #resin as well. Ok. So. After some deliberation I've decided to #mold the pegs directly with the spider legs. I've added tons of mold pegs to try and keep the large mold together without it flexing too much while I clamp it together. I'm using the new #silicone I got and I must say it's working out so far. Sorry for the lack of progress pics on my #custom #rachnera #nendoroid. Had a major hiccup after pouring some of the parts that made me realize I needed to remake the molds. And while remaking the #molds I ended up messing them up so I need to remake them once more. ;-; so in the mean time I'm making the #mikuzukin #replica molds for pouring. I should have all the molds done by this weekend. Just uhh 3 more molds to go.
