so, i don't play Monster Hunter (i HAVE a Monster Hunter game gifted to me, just haven't touched it yet). i do remember seeing clips of the little cat villagers/companions and honestly? i'd probably write one of these little guys as a self-insert OC or something

Dorothea was laying back in one of the pool loungers, deciding to soak up some more of that nice warm sun before she'd begin swimming. She'd adjust her glasses when she saw someone she wasn't familiar with. Sitting up to give them a wave. "Hey there, haven't seen you around here before."

"A pegasus doesn't come from an egg, that's more so the route you'd take for a wyvern." It's said just so clearly, as if the idea of it is just stupid. Yes, it has feathers but ultimately thats a mammal, not an avian.

Unfortunately, the kinship stone has no affect, other then the new light causing a rather startled rear, wings unfolding as if ready to try and lift off.

"Careful now, He's a rather fresh catch, I only broke him enough for the halter. You'll have to do the taming and training and desensitizing yourself. I had assumed that'd be no issue with your entourage." Her voice was that same dry lilt, and the way Aversa watched was... well, to say she wasn't judging would be a lie.

"What was even the objective of that lightshow anyways? And to think You had sounded so surprised at my magic prior." She could tell it was something more then just the display, some sort of reach... but the unfamiliarity of how magic differs here from home gave her nothing else. Frankly, a part of her was disappointed to not see it in action, but a larger part was amused at this absolute novice attempts at breaking a horse.

if i ever had the chance, a werewolf. it's the only thing that makes sense for me and i do not care how painful it'd be. let me choose how it works. i want to be a big scary creature under a full moon. mentally it makes sense okay its like my BIGGEST DREAM

lowkey one of my biggest pet peeves is just. dealing with people. not like specific people but PEOPLE IN GENERAL are annoying. if anyone who's familiar in the customer service space understand what im talking about. the general crowd are really fucking stupid and with how i look at certain situations, i get ANGRY when the solution is not obvious to other people when it's obvious to me. i don't want to spell out the solutions but some people literally need massive picture books just to understand basic common sense.

There's nothing wrong with being more genuine around people, especially since him and his monsters seem to like you.

"He serves as a good guidepoint, as I adjust to this realm, and it has been a point to his favor to not pry into my abilities being so beyond what is standard for him. It's been a fun cultural exchange, and despite it still being a rather neutral stance, I do have a positive view of him. I know for a fact he and the Princeling would become fast friends. The open sharing of resources isn't unlike the general operations of teh Shepherds either, though I've been careful to not take more then can be given back. Considering some of my assets seems to be completely unnoticed or unwanted by him, it's been a rather practical exchange on both ends."

"That's what I meant, but it's not the only meaning, and I'm aware of that. Notably, this is a one on one, of course... You've no idea how i'd be off of Raven, where as I'm sure I can adapt to you without your entourage."
