I FEEL THE SAME ABOUT WALDO

HOO! Been a while since I posted anything... sorry about that! Lots of stuff has converged on this weekend and I’m pretty swamped. >o<;;
anyways - one of the things I managed to get done so far this weekend was a sketchpage commission for MonstrumVulpine, of their WOY fan character Tuft and the infamous Emperor Awesome - as well as their fiance’s character, Cheery! I had a lot of fun drawing Awesome’s butt, as anyone would. B^J
thanks for commissioning me!! (and sorry this took so long, AGH!) <3
okay no that's also wrong, there are mentally ill persons who can't get jobs but don't need complete and utter 24/7 care... and you keep saying "using it as an accessory" but i don't get how sharing your diagnoses and letting ppl know about them is wrong or accessorizing????? i don't- what? you're fucking ableist as shit and literally don't know what you're talking about lmfao.
No, the people who legitimately can't get jobs are the ones who need special care because they're unable to take care of themselves. If they can't sit down and work any kind of full-time job, then they need care. They can't support themselves. They're never going to live alone even if it's simply because they can't get money because they can't hold a job. This is not the case for high-functioning people with mental illnesses, and the fact you bring this up means nothing to the conversation. There are plenty of people with OCD, anxiety, depression, and BPD that can hold down jobs.
And yes, he's using it as an accessory. He told me about how he was diagnosed with depression when he was in 8th grade, and how his doctor said he might have BPD after seeing him once. It's very common for teenagers to have depression that goes away as they get older, and a doctor saying 'hey you might have this' just as a quick look-through is not enough to post about on your blog. It's not a real diagnosis. But the fact it's on there all the same, especially when it's on there with depression, proves they don't care about their mental illnesses and really just want to use them as accessories. And FYI, why do they need to let people know? It's no one's business, they don't have to make it an accessory by putting it in their description how they're ~mentally ill~ and have a whole fucking section of their blog listing their mental disorders.
"Calling someone out on their bullshit" =/= ableism, by the way. I doubt you've witnessed real ableism.
"You’re not really a kid in my eyes till you have a full-paying job and don’t sit around talking about how mentally ill you are and prancing around with ‘look at how special I am’ crap" HEY DICKWEED consider this: some mentally ill ppl can't get jobs!!! you're garbage! lmao stop being an asshole and just leave people alone? and before u say "im just answering THEM i'm INNOCENT" then maybe just don't answer/reply? jfc got nothing better to do huh lmfao
1.) That's the disabled people who are so low-functioning that they need to essentially be taken care of for all their lives. This doesn't apply to some prick who had depression when they were in 8th grade and uses it as an accessory.
2.) Even if they can't get a job, they can still stop prancing around and acting like they're so fucking special by making accessories out of their gender and mental illnesses.
3.) I am leaving people alone. It's not my job to stop replying. I'm allowed to reply. The problem is you coming into my askbox after the issue has already ended and going 'OMG LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE.' You're being a fucking moron.
