Looking better for us...

Hello - just a quick check-in -

Since my last post, daily new case numbers are looking better, and we are cautiously optimistic that the second wave is coming under control in Victoria.  Back in the very low triple figures for new case numbers on average.  So the hard lockdown seems to be working.  There’s a cluster growing in the middle of Sydney though, so at the moment I am in no rush to return to the office and commute through it... staying home for now.

And such sad news about Chadwick Boseman and all the other lives lost since last month all around the world, from this virus and for other reasons like the terrible explosion in Beirut. :(

Still sticking to my general rules on how to live my life - it’s tiring and sometimes I get downhearted, but I know how lucky I am compared to many other people in the world.  Hope you are all doing OK out there, my friends!

Well, she couldn't exactly sneak up on him right now, but that didn't stop her from trying to on occasion. She leaned over the back of the couch - as much as she could, anyways - and reached forwards to boop him before moving around to flop beside him with a huff.

Smiling a bit, Anti kissed Kai’s cheek and wrapped his arm around her.
