You are happiest when completing a long awaited goal or project and have that success recognized by your peers. Your communities are important to you and bring you your sense of completion. Spend more of your time in the communities your draw inspiration from, they are the life force and energy projecting you forward! Do not doubt yourself. You have value to add to this world but it’s easy to get lost in self criticism and lose confidence.  Allow yourself to form deep meaningful relationships with others to team up against your inner critic. Two is better than one!

1. What emotions am I suppressing?

9 of Wands

How interesting that this one showed up as the thing that brings me joy, and is now what I am suppressing. I believe it!

2. What unexplored beliefs do I need to delve into?

6 of Pents

Barter and trade. I have a belief if I don't earn money with a normal job, it doesn't count, or it's not worthwhile. I know that's a false assumption. I can earn a living simply with the extra stuff I can do.

3. What untapped potential do I need to develop?

King of Pentacles RX and 9 of Pentacles

Honestly, the hustle. I'm good at doing things that land in my lap, but it's hard for me to actively ask for work. I'm sure that's in these cards if I look hard enough.

4. What past event do I need to understand fully to bring myself closure?

King of Swords

Honestly, I'm not sure what this is referring to... I'll have to ponder and come back to it.

Month of Spreads: Day Twenty-Three

If this isn't the most fun day out of the whole challenge I don't know what is!!! I am passionate about divination, but more so I am passionate about the pleasing artwork of divination, the mystery, the beauty each cards story and how it paints the picture. I adore my cards and what they do for me, I love that it gives me art in each part of my day ❤ Soooo, I went a little bonkers on this challenge today and set up a beautiful photoshoot to show off my beauties, lol and my aesthetic xD. Let's see what the cards have to say!

I set my place today with key components of what divination means to me, pumpkin, crystal ball, bones, crystals, each element has it's place at my table <3. My familiar Ometa, some specially chosen herbs for beauty within and divination purposes, full collection of Grimm fairy tales with gold trim edges and of course the cards I chose are my decadent eye candy, for me personally anyways xD

In position one: Tell me what my aesthetic is: Eistibus: Angel of Divination: WELL OF COURSE IT IS 😍 Hahah, I was so happy when this came up ^^ My cards know me only too well! Divination inspires my spirit and allows me to think deep and call upon symbolism and imagination to speak to my aesthetics.

In position two: Where do I excel in this aesthetics? Matariel: Angel of Rain: I fall into the moment, I create a story simply to be told and enjoyed this brief moment before it is swept away. I don't attempt to create an outcome I attempt to whisper possibilities!

In position three: How can I improve the quality of my aesthetic? Gevurah: Left Hand- Judgment: Do not be afraid to let go, destroy, put back together, release components that no longer suit me to make way for new pieces that speak to the heart. Give and receive.

In position four: What does this aesthetic say about me? Binah: Left Eye- Knowledge: I create for purpose, a flare for intent. A desire for knowledge. I create so that a form can be perceived by the consciousness. My desire is to light a spark for others with my own light. 🕯

In position five: If my aesthetic was summed up in one short phrase, what would it be? Tiferet: Heart- Beauty: Beauty that pulses harmony.

Month of Spreads: Day 6

“The Reader’s Journey”

I shuffled my deck in a way I never do (messily-but gently-smear them around the the table) and while I didn’t mind that method it only confirmed my dislike of reversals. Cards 1,2, and 5 were originally reversed but I’m going to be honest and say it just confuses me so I will not be reading them as reversed.

Card #1: What are my strengths as a reader/diviner?--Knight of Wands:

Back to stalking me again, I see? I really need to figure out what this means! Does it represent me, one of my spirits? My passion and fire when it comes to the things I enjoy? Does it stand for my renewed passion for Tarot and the rekindling of my dream of owning my own tarot parlor? I haven’t a clue. 

Card #2: What makes my reading style unique and special?--The Star:

It feels conceited to say this, but perhaps it is the inspiration, hope, and guidance that I try to give the people that I do readings for? I like to look for patterns in the past in order to help guess what the future may hold. Above all I try to be understanding and down to Earth so that my clients/friends feel comfortable coming to me with their divination needs.

Card #3: What other skills/knowledge can I develop to help me become a better reader/diviner?--Eight of Wands:

Getting out there, do more readings, talk with others in and out of the Tarot community, social networking etc. It also could be my need to refine my in person reading skills and my confidence with ‘live’ readings. Readings in person still are a little awkward for me and it’s something I do need to work on.

Card #4: How can I grow further in my divination journey?-- King of Cups:

I’m not sure. Perhaps I can grow to becoming a wise and intuitive person that people come to for wisdom and advice? Maybe one day court cards won’t give me such a hard time lol.

Card #5: How can I become more confident in my divinatory skills?--Six of Swords:

Get out there more! Do more readings in person, try reading in public, shake off those fears of being just ‘right’ or how people will respond to it in public. Travel, experience more of the world, take my show on the road. New experience lead to new skills.
