Look I found a way to evolve dino into moo-mi, hope this helps

I found the requirements for dino, the green ugly dinosaur to transform into moo-mi, the lion like megu. which is to minimize weight(dino min 15kg),make the stress bone lazy, and keep urself greatly trusted. however, i dunno if these are included as a requirement: I have 22 elixirs and I did bathed my pet and cleaned the room before the transformation.
