Annabeth’s birthday rolled around sooner than Dahlia had thought possible. She bought a cake, made an effort. Maybe they could reclaim the closeness they’d once had? NEXT / PREVIOUS

Annabeth: Mum, If you’re reading this, it means I was brave enough to leave. I don’t want you to think that this was an easy decision, it definitely wasn’t. I love you and Gus more than anything, and I’m so thankful for everything you’ve done for me. However, the past few years have been hard for both of us, and it’s time for me to move on.
