Ok second test now that I got the dummy base screwed down 😭😭. Essentially you should be able to do this blindfolded since we use our wrists and arms for sensitivity training. Eyes are too slow. Don't mind the pajamas. #wingchun #mookjong #woodendummy

Testing out my dummy, this is all I could fit in 16 seconds. It is very wobbly because the base did not come with the proper holes to screw the post in securely. I have 120lb of sand weighting down the stand and it still moves on strikes also. Need to find a better/proper solution. My right arm is still peeling so I'm trying to go a little easy on it. #woodendummy #mookjong #wingchun
