So it seems like Toei found out that the scene where Usagi turns Eternal and everyone in their princess forms have been leaked on YouTube.. 

It sound like they are planning to release Moon Effect MV that has the whole scene it is HD glory and Sailor Moon Vietnam had it on their YT page unlisted but was hit already with a copy right strike..
