A Thought About Apricot Kernels

Because they apparently are a “health food” and my brother IS a moonbat who thinks among other things, that “natural remedies” are superior to over the counter medication because “natural remedies” cure the actual illness while over the  counter medication only treats the symptoms, if I should warn family members about listening to him.

Problems:

a) I am actively not in contact with my family because reasons.

b) They never listen to a goddamn thing I say.

c) If believability were to be polled I would have negative believability with my family.

(I am probably going to text a warning. I am sufficiently worried since this is apparently a whole foods product.)

Edit: Message: If [brother] suggest eating apricot kernels don’t do it. They contain cyanide. You do not build an immunity to cyanide. Apricot pits have no health benefits.
