so like,I got the brain worms from date everything rn and I'm thinking about if maybe you had a fucked up situationship and none of the dateables fucking like him. Like they HATE him. And like,maybe everytime he comes over,they all try to make it a very subtle hell so he'll leave and stay gone. Like the obvious ones,Betty makes sure his side of the bed is always uncomfortable as hell, and Hector keeps the house too cold or too hot for the poor bastard. And all the doors in the house are mysteriously jammed when he wants to go someplace. And the shower always winds up spraying him directly in the eyes somehow.

And then maybe the power goes out one night,and fuckass tried to fix it,but no matter what,Eddie and Volt just weren't letting it happen. And they always shock him when he tried to plug things into an outlet. Like,why you charging your phone? To text other bitches? And maybe Harper,Washford and Drysdale are always conspiring to make sure his clothes go missing. Nothing huge,but a beanie here,a sock there. And Kopi makes sure that his morning brew always comes out a lot more bitter than yours.

And eventually he does leave,and they're overjoyed. They do at least pretend to be upset,to comfort you. They'd never have you know how much they encouraged him to leave. But you really don't need that guy,really. You have all of them.

So, I'm at my mom's and she doesn't have WiFi (sweet mobile data....it frees me) and she has exactly 6 tv channels, and we usually leave it on the Random Action-y Rerun Station. Anyway, the Random Action-y Rerun Station frequently plays episodes of older Star Trek. And the TNG block was scheduled in such a way that The Offspring was on tonight (Father's Day)

Hadn't seen that episode since I was 13. Cried horrendously. Give me fix it fics rn pretty please,omg

Day 4: "I can't feel you"

I cried so many times drawing this. Technically, it's the unreleased epilogue of my fic A Faded Rose, but it fits very nicely. R.I.P Gambit,you would've loved being a girl dad.

Rambling under the cut, it's cool if you ignore it/gen.

This shit made me so fucking sad,bro. So,basically,the plot of A Faded Rose is that Remy died like,right after Rogue got pregnant, and her grief concealed the pregnancy from her until literally the moment she was in labor. The fic deals with Rogue learning to be a person again,and how to handle her loss without hurting the kid. There's gonna be other fics in the Belle Renee-verse (Belle Renee is the kid), mainly dealing with how she copes with her parents' legacies. Okay,now the drawing. I sobbed the whole time bc of the fucking tombstone. Bc Like,epitaphs, right? Usually,if a man's got a kid, some "loving father" type of thing goes on the headstone. But not for Remy,bc no one knew he was gonna be a dad when they buried him. Very very sad. And I also got gloomy bc trips to the cemetery aren't upsetting for Belle Renee. To her,that's just where daddy lives. Ughhhh he would have loved her so much. Don't worry,I'm gonna make an AU where they get to be a happy family I promise. My other idea for this prompt was to do a scene redraw from Unbreakable X-men #1. That shit genuinely tore me the fuck up. I might still do it,and just post it as a bonus on a different day.
