I wanted to prepare the flag for Finn and get ideas for how we should format it.

While I do love these flags, unless your application can use PSD it's very, very difficult to use the template [or any template similar to this, to be honest]. That's partially why I just inverted the second, since it took so long to futz with the first and make it look right. Not to mentiom flags like these are a nightmare for image IDs /info /nm - Oppenheimer
