this might get me hate but…

I’m almost glad that JYP stepped in and either stopped or put a pause on Chan’s Room. (I AM NOT HAPPY IF IT WAS MEANT AS A PUNISHMENT FOR CHAN but from what I see it does not look like it)

Chan’s room used to be a kinda chill space where the comments were mostly stays when it was on Vlive. As the boys grew so did the fandom and a bigger fandom always means that there will be more people with different opinions and things started to get a little bit messy with the comments. After he had to move it youtube… it was much more of a big public thing. It was no longer Chan and stays and then more and more people started taking his words and twisting it and I feel like it would only get worst in the future. The boys were also getting busier and busier.

we all know Chan, we know how much promises mean to him and… we’ve seen first hand how he would often go live when he was meant to be resting. I knew that trying to do weekly Chan’s room wasn’t going to be healthy for him with his schedule. We know how Chan loves being open with us but I feel there are so many people watching him and trying to get him in trouble now. as someone who overthinks, if I had to go through what he did with how people twisted his words, I’d need a long break to mentally recover and I hope at the very least that he gets that break.

I’m devastated if this is the end of Chan’s room but I can also see how this might be better for Chan. It doesn’t mean he’ll never go live again, but it means at least the pressure of keeping his promise is taken off his shoulder whether for a little bit or for ever now.

CW: self deprecation, self hatred

Managed to catch Channie’s room today and happened to see Chan read the comment “ew I hate you” his reply was “I hate me too we have something in common” and it just broke my heart. If he could see himself the way I see him, the way the rest of us see him. I really hope that Stray Kids have access to a good therapist because these comments are only going to increase as they get bigger and bigger. I don’t want to force Chan to tell us he loves himself if he doesn’t but I just hope that little by little he can reach a point where he can truly love himself more and more. He deserves all the love in the world. Chan, you’ve worked hard, you did a good job today, you are my prize. You deserve love.

Idk who just saw the skzoom but that was the most chaotic thing I’ve ever seen XD. Everything that could have gone wrong basically did.

up til the very end where Chan talks to the staff and they aggressively tell him “the BROADCAST IS OVER BANGCHANSHI“ and he doesn’t get the hint so they just hang up on him. And the sigh he releases…. That’s a sigh of a man defeated by zoom. I had to save it before they private the video.

I felt so bad for him and honestly hope he doesn’t beat himself up too much, technology is finicky and he’s got enough on his shoulders without worrying about tackling zoom.

although watching most of stray kids end up like boomers with technology was hilarious

Hiiii!! I love your writing a lot!! Would you ever consider a pt 2 of My Beautiful Mistake? I'm wondering how Chan reacted to the letter and if they get back together somehow or move on.

wow I’m so happy you liked it! There was never a plan to make a part two since the idea of My Beautiful Mistake came this from longer piece that I was working on that I felt was too wordy and backstory heavy. So I sort of took the main conflict of that and wrote a shorter more condensed story. I’ll for sure consider it! When I finish this Hyunjin story I’m working on, I’ll brainstorm a bit to see how a part two would look!

Guiding Light Behind the Scenes

a peek into my thought process and stuff that happened when writing Guiding Light

First this fic omg

idk why but I kinda wanted really to make this a clear happy ending which is why this took me so long

The name rosette was chosen because rosette means rose shaped decoration and the main character doesn’t think of herself as a real rose and instead something like a rose

I don’t actually know if I wrote changbin right, I see him as caring and cute so I hope that came across right.

my need to write all the kids into each fic and have mister bang Chan play bigger role is a little alarming. i have such a hard time just having one member in the fic without wanting some scene of all the kids interacting which makes more work for myself because I don’t want it to be repetitive or boring . T-T in fact I had more scenes with all the kids and more 3racha scenes that I ended up cutting out cause again this is meant to be a Changbin focused fic

while writing I was looking for female and male kpop rap collabs and was sadden by how few I found.

how many times did I play Streetlight when I was writing this? Many

Why is Han the one that is often the one that says something wrong? I’ll be honest I think Han is the most similar to myself and often times I’ve been the one to blurt out things without thinking or try to make a joke only to make things awkward so that’s why. I should have included more changbin hugs but sadly this fic is already too long and took too long.

Zemblanity + Serendipity Behind The Scenes

Just a little info on my thought process when writing these stories 

First I guess I want to thank everyone for the love they have shown my stories.

UGH why do I sound like I’m giving an award speech lol

anyway I thought it was interesting to tell you all that serendipity almost didn’t happen, I mean there was always going to be a part 2 to Zemblanity but it wasn’t going to be happy. I’m honestly not that great at writing happy endings so the orginal continuation would have resulted in reader either running away again or providing a different explaination to Lee Know as they walked away. The planned final lines were  “Good luck on Kingdom I hope you guys win.”

“We will with or without you.”

why? Idk maybe I just am a sadist at heart lol.

I hope that the story was realistic enough and that I did Lee Know’s personality justice. I honestly got into stray kids after Kingdom and sort of binged everything relating to them so hopefully the timeline and everything before Kingdom made sense.

Fun fact the reader goes by Ember as a sign of how she feels about herself, a dying flame but in another sense it also can show how strong she is, still burning. 

Well those are just some moonflower thoughts for yall, hope you guys liked the little peak into my brain
