this is how I felt about that post going around with the added comments like "but some ppl don't KNOW they're being abusive' like bitch do I care????if they know???they still aare???!!???

yeah, like ... abuse is never, ever okay and people shouldn’t be shamed or called ableist for not putting up with it. i’m not gonna lie!! with my illness sometimes i do catch myself being abusive and i don’t consider that a free pass!! i do my best to recognize and change this behavior!! and that doesn’t mean that i disrespect or erase the illness from my identity!! jfc!!
