Field of Dreams (1989) - Burt Lancaster/Dr. Archibald "Moonlight" Graham
You have to make time, even for something as universal as staring at the stars.
W. P. Kinsella, Shoeless Joe
Omg there’s gonna be a Major League Baseball game at the Field of Dreams location!!!! I don’t even care much about baseball but Red Sox vs Yankees!!!
It was like coming this close to your dreams, and then watching them brush past you like a stranger in the crowd.
Archibald “Moonlight” Graham, who was portrayed by Burt Lancaster in the 1989 movie “Field of Dreams.” Graham, the most famous big league position player who never got to bat. He entered in the eighth inning and was on deck for the New York Giants when Claude Elliott flied out to end the top of the ninth inning at Brooklyn on June 29, 1905. Graham played right field in the bottom half and never made it to the big leagues again.

‘Moonlight’ Graham’s only MLB game was on this date - 110 years ago...
We just don't recognize life's most significant moments while they're happening. Back then I thought, "Well, there'll be other days." I didn't realize that that was the only day.

One of my favorite lines, from one of my favorite movies.
