Moonlight Re-watch thoughts

I wonder if Gerald (the rouges sire, from episode 3) was actually able to sire before and he just never waited long enough for his creations to turn and he left them. Like he turned them and he like only waited around for five minutes or something.

Also I’m curious about what’s wrong (aside from the obvious leaving his little feral vamp) with him and why other vampires don’t like him. And also why didn’t Pollack recognize Gerald as a vamp but he was able to tell that Mick was one.

Finally reading Angel of Vengeance—not the Preston & Child book of the same title—which was apparently the inspiration and initial concept of the Moonlight show (the book itself even states it on the cover, lol) after it had been sitting on my to-read queue for quite a while.

And as I'm cross-referencing the info at Goodreads, I just want to draw attention to the Italian cover because it further emphasizes the book's connection with Moonlight:

Interesting that they used a stock image for the Italian cover and just touched it up and did some slight airbrushing; covers like that tend to be common in cheap "dime store" novels and pocketbooks.

Someone did the thing I was always hoping had happened, put Jason Dohring's two characters in the same room. Logan Echolls (Veronica Mars) and Josef Konstantin (Moonlight). In this case, Veronica is using her research skills to find a powerful vampire, a vampire who looks very familiar.
