The nature of being a regressor in Stardew Valley is that the Junimos will absolutely delight over any little one that they run across, and tend to gravitate towards them.

They like to trade little gifts with them at first, appreciating whatever the little one brings them (fully understanding that being given their best shiny rock is a huge honor). And eventually the Junimos will lead them away to a secluded part of the woods where lots and lots of Junimos are waiting to play with them (though they are sure to lead them back home when playtime is over, of course).

Rotating Gale in my brain and I just know he would be such a talkative little thing. So so excited and bouncy to tell his cg all about the book he's reading, absolutely lighting up when they ask him genuine questions because he gets to show them what he knows. Stimming the entire time because he's filled with that nervous sort of excited energy. And he does a good job at pronouncing some of the harder words even when he's small, but if he starts really slipping then he might mess up a bit (but please do not point it out or else he'll cry, thank you)

Shouta dressing up for Halloween, but specifically to match with his Halloween Chococat plushie. He will be correcting people that he isn't just any old skeleton kitty either! If they assume that he is, he'll correct them by oh-so-helpfully shoving his plushie in their eyeline until they get the memo that he is skeleton Chococat, how could you possibly think he was anything else?

Regressors Natsu & Lucy 🎃

Ah, now this is quite the pair! I had a few different ideas bouncing around for these two, but I think I narrowed it down to something fun. 🌙

Initially, Lucy and Natsu have quite the scheme in mind for their costumes (as they tend to get up to a lot of mischief when they are both regressed). Their plan of course being to raid Erza's trunks when she isn't looking, because what's more fun for Halloween than cool armor? They would only be borrowing some for the night—only there are a few hiccups with that idea. Mainly though the armor they want is really heavy (and woah, how does Erza even move in this one let alone fight in it??).

With that plan being a no-go, they settle for Plan B: dressing up in costumes inspired by the other! More specifically, inspired by their magic. Lucy dresses up as a dragon, and Natsu (attempts) to dress up as the Celestial Spirit King (except that his fake mustache keeps falling off).

Hizashi and Shouta often play dress up with things they've "borrowed" from other staff members or pros visiting UA that happen to leave any gear lying about and within swiping reach. Usually it is Hizashi's idea, save for the time that Shouta managed to get ahold of All Might's cape and subsequently decided it was an excellent blanket after him and Zashi finished playing with it like one of those big rainbow parachute toys.

Other victims of their baby theft include:

Midnight (handcuffs) (a mistake, they get handcuffed together for an embarrassing amount of time)

Wild Wild Pussycats (headsets) (also a mistake, Pixie Bob is going to Get Them)

Endeavor (surely his little fire mustache is a stick-on, like the ones on the cereal aisle at the grocery store; they will discover otherwise when Hizashi straight up clambors up and smacks him in the face)

Shouta masterfully redirecting baby Hitoshi's urge to draw on the walls with his big box of crayola markers by allowing him to instead draw cats in a rainbow of colors on his left arm while he grades papers with his right. It not only helps him keep an eye on him, but it'll wash off of his arm a lot easier than it would the wall (although Hizashi makes sure to snap a few quick pics of his new "tattoos" for their scrapbook before his next shower).

Big Shouta does not do birthday parties—at least, not his own. He never really celebrated his birthday much growing up as his home life didn't allow for it. The first actual birthday party he had was put together by Hizashi, Oboro, and Nemuri, and for a long time it was the last one as well since they lost Oboro after that. But when he starts regressing, they use his birthday as a designated small day to really help him feel like he can start all over, and that things will be okay this time around.

Still, baby Shouta isn't good with lots of excitement or noise, so the party is kept simple and small so as not to overwhelm him! It's a private affair because he's a private little guy! He's more than happy just to spend the day being close with Zashi and Nem. And of course they are also more than happy to spend the day with him, but they think he deserves to be spoiled! Spoiling him entails many thing, but mostly they spoil him with things like homemade strawberry cake and about a dozen new kitty stuffies (his favorite of which is a small black kitty with yellow eyes that doubles as a rattle).

Regressor Harvey?🎃 SV

Oo, this was something of a toughie! Mostly because I think he would be a bit shy about dressing up for Halloween (or should I say Spirit's Eve?) while he's regressed. 🌙

Typically, his go-to costume for seasonal parties and such as an adult is some variation of some sort of doctor. Zombie doctor, mad scientist, etc. It allows him to keep a sense of familiarity and security to be able to cling to things from his daily life, like his lab coat. Although, if he's encouraged to spend the holiday while he's small...there's a desire to branch out. Just looking at costumes fills him with a nervous sort of excitement. He could be a puppy! Or no, wait, what about an old timey pilot? Maybe a monster, like a werewolf? Ultimately however, he goes with perhaps the most classic costume: a little sheet ghostie! A literal security blanket that allows him to participate without him feeling as exposed and therefore lets him regress with less anxiety. (And, perhaps, pulls out a little baby mischief—although nobody is actually scared by the quiet little "boo"s he does, but they pretend to be much to his delight.)
