Jewel, that's rude. Colour blindness is when a pony just wasnt born with as many 'colour cones' in their eyes, the part of your eyes responsible for letting you see in colour. So while YOU can see every little colour, he cant. And it's not something to feel pity over either though. It has many different severities, some see in complete monochrome, others just cant see a few colours.
