Domestic!Taehyung trying to handle being a new parent of twins?

this made me bust the fattest uwu ever

he would spend HOURS looking at the babies sleep, dreamy eyes and all because he can’t believe he finally has two kids of his own

he would also take any chance to have them in his arms because there is this little part of him that fears it’s all just a dream

he would also be the first one to wake up in the middle of the night and check on both of them

even though they probably need to be fed which is something he can’t do

but he would still let you sleep and go check on them

and hum them back to sleep if they just needed to be changed

he would be the best in soothing their upset stomachs with his big hands and soft rubbings on their little stomachs

he would make the funniest and stupidest faces ever just to see them giggle

sometimes he would stay up all night unable to sleep, looking at the kids and wondering if he’ll be a good father

which, let’s be honest, he’ll definitely be, have you seen taehyung around kids?

he’ll talk to them aaaaall the time, even if they can’t understand him

he would whisper sweet nothings to them, call them “cuties, princess and prince, my beloved” and all sort of things except their actual names just because he finds it even more adorable

he’d buy the most unnecessary and extra things ever because they’d look mad cute wearing them/playing with them

one of those parents that won’t ever shut up about their kids and shows pictures of them to everyone around him

slightly in panic mode if ever left with both of them completely alone

reads them fairytales even if it’s too early for those just because apparently, the twins find his voice very soothing (I mean, he could put me to sleep with that deep voice so….)

he would always kiss their little noses because he finds it cute and giggle by himself when he does

sometimes he would wake up in the middle of the night just because he had a bad thought or a concern about the kids as they grow up

he’d play with your fingers while listing all the things that could go wrong as you try to raise them up

a good look to his sleeping and perfectly healthy babies most of the times reassures him enough to put him back to sleep

hyper-protective and aware of the dangers the house has for toddlers

really extra in everything

but still ADORABLE

So with the tooth and claw universe how many pups on average are in a litter and how within a next generation sense does a child of the litter become alpha?

3-6 pups in a litter usually, and any pup in a litter can become the alpha if they have inherited good genetics and trained their bodies/minds diligently.  They have to pass some near-impossible trials in order to be eligible, which is down to strength, resilience, determination, and total control of both sides of their nature.
