⏰ what is your morning routine? . Mornings used to be a thing that I hated, but now I kinda like them. Kinda. Thanks to a routine that really stuck. As soon as I wake up I go raise the living room blind, get out on the balcony to get some fresh air and give water to my Celine (my plumeria). Then I do some Yoga and meditation, write on my gratitude journal, and then I get dressed and have breakfast. All without watching my phone.
