I found a new artstyle(?) in which I decided to start drawing the Koopalings.

They got a bit of a Neon vibe this way.

For now, I made Larry and Lemmy, just so I can say I drew something during May... But the rest are coming as well.

Because the lines can't be too complicated, I decided to use their paper designs.

Like I promised in this post, I was gonna make more (paper) Koopalings in a Neon kind of style!

I have debated to wait until Iggy day to post this, but I have decided against that, and will post it right now. (So that I can say I made art in Juli, which I did with this piece.)

Iggy didn't quite expect his human boyfriend to be able to lift him, since koopas are heavier than humans of the same size.

But Iggy also forgot that he didn't have just a human. His human is a vampire, and with that, comes vampire strength.

I finally drew something again, and I can't help myself but make a human form for my favourite non-human characters-

This time though, it's Celeste from Animal Crossing

Specially for valentines day, a picture of/from my Koopaling Partner AU!

Specifically Iggy, and his human vampire boyfriend, Ian.

Due to time, I was only able to make it a grey-lined flat coloured drawing.

Maybe a coloured lined and shaded version will eventually appear... Who knows.

I already re-drew my human Lemmy and human Roy, but of course I cannot forget their older brothers, Ludwig and Iggy!

First up, Ludwig

Still neatly in a dark blue and black suit, but I tried to give him a bit more chub this time around, as I really believe he should have that, as as his Koopa design is on a more rounder side. (For instance, Iggy is more oval shaped).

Talking about Iggy...

Here he is!

He is still wearing a white vest, as to mimick a lab coat, without the annoying fabric of an actual lab coat. Strong, sturdy, purple (with green laces) shoes.

I tried to make him tall and slender, but the tallness compared to the drawings of the others might not be conveyed that well, since I like to make my drawings canvas filling.

I have decided to remake my references for my human Koopalings

I'm gonna give each of them their own pose, more fitting for their personality

And I'm gonna make them both traditional and digital

And traditionally drawn Lemmy is up first!

He still has an orange T-shirt with tie dye spots in the colours of his hair, and a slightly torn set of pants

But also traditionally drawn Roy!

Roy now has a purple tanktop instead of his previous pink one, but still has his camouflage print (with a hint of pink) pants.

And I think I managed to make his muscles much clearer visible than my previous reference for him.
