This is a bonkers crew of makers here in Pittsburgh. And just a small, teeny tiny sample of the people who I know and respect deeply working hard to make it happen 24/7/365 for their businesses and wider community in a thousand different ways. I was pretty floored to go to a meeting with many of these makers today + a broad spectrum of organizations from cultural to funding to real estate to business development & more and be a part of a process to grow Pittsburgh's #Maker economy to a wider, more inclusive degree and with a little luck, shape our city's future for the better. It's easy to be jaded, so when organizations say "We want to help you and hear from you." to the creative class, we want to be real. Today was pretty real.
