I LUV BULL I LOVE ANGER
@mooralltach tagged me in this one SOME DAYS AGO ALREADY,,, thank you bro this was great fun . i got stuck in how pretentious or obvious i wanted to come across lmao

*pretentious aka did i wanna go with my BASIC, TYPICAL top10 or something fresher and then i couldnt figure out the tenth movie for the life of me LOL. @lesbianlestats @vivrcard @midearthling @cowlovely if yall have anything to say movies-wise i'd be thrilled to see abt it
Panthera strikes the US Treasury!
Far overdue half of an art trade with @mooralltach ! Although we talked about drawing each other's OC's so long ago this should just be a Christmas present now lol This is why I don't do requests, I can never get things done OTL
hellyea, how about 💖💙📖🎵🎶
💖 - top 3 pink jacket episodes
A: Episodes 40, 22 and 46!
💙 - top 3 blue jacket episodes
A: oh gosh it’s been so long since i’ve seen any blue jacket lmao i had to look em up..i’ll go with part 4 ep 8 and 22/24, and the pink jacket flashback ep from part 5
📖 - have you read any of the manga (original series and/or otherwise)?
A: Only the bits and pieces that other ppl have posted either here or on discord and elsewhere, I’ve never read it on my own :p
🎵 - favorite main theme variation?
LUPIN ‘89 FOREVER BABYYYYYYYY (followed extremely closely by Lupin ‘79 which is the actual best one but ‘89 is still my fave and also second best)
🎶 - favorite track/ost?
A: My two tied fave tracks forever and ever are the criminally underrated “Sphynx” by Yuji Ohno (originally made for The Secret of Mamo and used very briefly in part 2)
and the track Afro’ Lupin ‘68 from part 1. I like the original versions a ton but this version is also very nice
🖍hellyea show me one of your oc's! :D
Me: Yay! I’m going to draw one of the ones who doesn’t have a proper reference yet. I’m going to use this to practice doing faster art, focus on flow and shape over perfection, do simpler shading, and try not to get bogged down in the details!
Also me: *spends a week and a half tweaking and redoing the lines, pose, and definitely-not-simple shading* *still has a strong urge to scrap the whole thing and start over* Uh…clearly I need to practice drawing my OCs more. ^^;
Anyway! Here’s a character from my main original idea I’ve been slowly nursing on the backburner for years:
This is Gregory. He used to be a teacher. He’s…I’ve never found a good single word to describe him; “skeptic” doesn’t quite have the right connotations. He’s a believer in logic and science, and considers himself very rational. He has no patience for anything supernatural and considered it all either a hoax or fiction for children.
…And then he died and somehow wound up being in charge of a magical library in the afterlife. “Normal” people do use the library, but so do fairies, demons, angels, centaurs, dragons, mermaids…any and every kind of supernatural creature you can think of.
Poor Gregory didn’t adjust so well. He wasn’t exactly a barrel of laughs before, but he has a permanently sour attitude now, and spends as much time as possible pretending it’s not real. He should probably be in therapy, but that would involve acknowledging and talking about all the supernatural stuff around him, and he’d rather die again, thank you very much. He's only mildly grumpy around other “normal” people as long as they talk about “normal” things, but people with anything unusual about them get snappish and rude responses, and most of the time he’ll only help them to make them go away faster. If he thinks they'll go away on their own? Good luck getting any assistance—he’ll do everything he can to ignore them.
Send “🖍” and I will draw a random OC of mine
3, 7, 22 for the artist questions :D
Apologies, I completely forgot about this and missed this ask :’)
3. Show us your oldest piece of art you have on hand.
Made in 2009, I was 14 and very much into Phineas and Ferb and making fanart made me learn how to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop!
7. Show us at least one picture you drew or sketched recently that you did not put on a public site.
This is one of my favourite recent sketches for a longer comic I am working on. It’s a very personal story, but I very much want to tell it.
22. List at least one of your “artspirations.”
An artspiration is an artist or art that inspires me, right? The prints from Alphonse Mucha always manage to inspire me, the lightness the floatiness, I love that ethereal feel they have. Also he draws women gorgeously.
Julie Rocheleau is also definitely one of my artspirations. Her comic De Toorn van Fantomas / La Colère de Fantômas looks a m a z i n g. Her colours, lines, expressions, body language and timing is great, I love those books a lot.
📖
Ooh, let me dig through my idea stash for something that isn't totally embarrassing…no, not that one, I'm most likely going to be writing that one next and I want to keep the details secret for a bit longer…maybe this one? Nah, that's barely a sentence, I hardly remember what I was going to do with it. What's…oh god, no, why did I even write that one down? Let's see…okay, sure, this'll work:
Zoro is a demon who tends to get into trouble. One day he messes up very badly, and rather than any of the traditional punishments (which he’s almost bored with by now), his superiors decide to put him in an exchange program they have, and he’s assigned to a boy named Luffy as a guardian “angel”. He’s annoyed at first, and often uses his powers to cheat his way out of situations he wouldn’t have been in if he’d been doing his job properly. He eventually takes a liking to Luffy, and starts using his powers to help Luffy out, even at the expense of others, which, naturally, lands him in even more trouble.
Chopper is the angel supervising Zoro and checks in regularly to keep the demon in line. He’s always yelling at Zoro for helping Luffy and solving problems in ways an angel wouldn’t find acceptable, but Zoro’s learned to distract him with candy or ridiculous stories that “explain” things (which Chopper, of course, always believes).
It's not super likely I'll ever actually write this one, mainly because I picture it as being more comedic in tone and also fairly episodic, at least at first (how's Zoro going to solve—or make worse—Luffy's issue-of-the-week?), and neither of those are my cup of tea to write, nor do I feel I could pull them off well. If I tried, it'd probably suck and/or I'd lose enthusiasm and end up abandoning it at some point. Sure would be fun to read, though. c:
Drop a 📖 in my ask box and I’ll tell you about a random story concept I have or have had in the past that I may or may not ever actually write.
